2020 special edition proof Jeff with cud (?)

    I received my 2020 proof sets which included the West Point Jeff proof. I have 6 of them. 5 of the six look pretty good. One of them has a cud (I think) above the "P" in PLURIBUS.     It looks like a small piece broke off of the rim and is retained. No to a cud.
