Hello all. It’s been a while since I’ve been on this website/forum, so I’m a little bit out of the loop with my error coin hobby.

i found this 2020 American Samoa Quarter that is really thick. Definitely not the right planchet. I’m having a hard time believing that this thing is even real.

My question is, real or fake?

    Thanks in advance! IMG_0515.jpeg IMG_0516.jpeg IMG_0517.jpeg

It looks real to me, as in, real damaged. The edge was "spooned."

It’s definitely real but it’s also damaged.

Save it. I think it’s page 1 album coin. Everyone will ask what the heck is that. Coin was messed with. I remember you

It's the right planchet but altered after it left the Mint :yack:
