I'd be real careful with that 'error'. IMO there's no added value other than whatever FMV is for one of the 2019-W cents. The problem is condition. With those two cents residing virtually on top of one another, the rubbing, scratching damage that can occur would take away any potential premium you could have. Since I don't think there's any added value to having two in one package, I'd seriously consider opening the package and putting each in their own 2x2. YMMV BTW, that's a nice novelty/freebie.
They don’t have the room and space to rub until of each other or even get on top of each other. These plastic bags r tight the coins are only able to be next to each other as seen on my pic. Breaking them out would ruin this “error” and I haven’t seen another double packed like it before so it is a pretty cool thing to have to W Pennie’s in one bag. 50 years from now it’ll be looked at as that’s so cool a packing error to w’s.
