What do you think is wrong with them? Have you not been asked, multiple times, to explain what you think you see?
Tell us what you see and then we have something to work with. If you want us to guess, then you're limiting the quality of the answers.
STOP using the word 'Rare' in your thread titles. If are doing it to annoy us then it is working.. Keep it up and I will definitely ignore you
i see a few collectors teaming up trying to feed me the GARBAGE..when they know well enough they see doubling die cracks and all we see over here on my coins..
IF post Lincolns Floating head im pretty sure some folks here will all say no no do not see anything ha ha good thing i KNOW and forget the lingo its all about the dough...
Ah, die cracks and doubling. You see? Now that you have told us what you want everyone else to see on the coin we can stroke your ego and say we see it as well, despite your low grade pictures and lack of an online personality. Who's a good boy? You are! Oh the value! that is an amazingly rare coin! Probably 1 in 5 billion! I'm sure if you sent it into one of the TPG's they would name the variety after you! Maybe even offer you a job as senior die crack and machine doubling error detector guy! The possibilities are endless! Now go take on the day!
I see scratches and discoloration. Also a lot of blur. How much extra would you pay for a cent with scratches or stains?
I also am trying to learn about coin errors ( without much success, I might add) but one trick I’ve learned is to rotate the coin when I think I see something and look from a different angle. I also photograph my finds upside down and study them. A lot of them magically go away.
I see cents worth about 1 cent apiece. You say die cracks? Die cracks aren't worth a premium. You say doubling, I don't see it. You mentioned floating heads and you showed Lincolns neck. So what. If someone over polished the die to the extent they removed the neck completely, might be worth a dollar as a novely or as an educational piece, but as a rule die polish errors have no value. There are a few hyped die polish coins that bring a good premium, but I wouldn't pay them. Die polishing is not an error or a variety it is just a die stage.
Worth 1 Cent each, period the end. We all wish we could will rare coins into our collections, but reality prevents it. Merry Christmas.
