Great! Don’t delay!
If I were participating this year, I would either wait until Christmas, or open it, take photos, and then wait until Christmas to share. Wouldn't want people to think I have no self-control
Can't rip open what you don't have yet!!!!!!!!!
I consoled myself by going out and buying some tree ornaments
wow... it's really an amazing photograph.
You are too kind.
Thank you SS! This year I received 2 mint sets, 1966 and 1967. Also a 1909 VDB cent in a better grade then anything I have. So I am really happy about that. A 1943s in unc condition, this also exceeds the best specimen I have in my collection so far. And finally, a 1940 dime that looks to be in unc condition. Thank you very much!
And I only managed to send one person the name of someone they had the previous year, but changed this when they let me know. Here's a map to show the states breakdown:
It was a real pleasure working the secret Santa, and I cannot wait to see the rest of the gifts as they arrive and are opened. I will be happy to help you confirm a gift arrived, or manage a situation where you can't get a gift out. Merry Christmas and post those photos!
Edit: if you've not received a message from me about who your recipient is, please message me! If you have received who your recipient is, please acknowledge receipt of that message.
, i ponder if you caught it prior to me telling you......
As I will be abroad during the Christmas holidays, I decided to open my gift a bit earlier... and I have to say, it was quite a surprise! No bullion (thanks, don’t need it, don’t like it) but instead Santa brought a number of Cabel&Kauffman trade tokens, a 1969 medal of the Indiana State Numismatic Association as well as... yes... you got it... two ANCIENT coins! Boy, this is new territory for me :-D
thank you, Santa
