I found this quarter recently and it appears to have an error? There’s a circle on the obverse side(I’m new think that’s correct) that goes around the whole quarter. This has caused damage to the “B” in LIBERTY, damage to the bottom of the “OF AMERICA” and damage to “WE” and ST in TRUST and the mint Mark is damaged too. I can’t tell what it should be? Also damage to “DOLLAR” at the top. Just curious if this is normal and no big deal or maybe it’s worth a couple bucks and will keep. Thanks in advance.

Nope. That is damage from a coin rolling machine. It's just a damaged quarter. No extra value.

Looks like a coin rolling machine Post Mint Damage.

That's circle is damaged caused by a coin rolling machine. Quite common actually. You can see and probably feel the cuts into the coins metal.
