2019 P Dime, would this be due to die adjustment and would there be any value?

    Not a die adjustment strike.

    It's struck thru grease or other machinery oil.

    If it were a DAS, the rims would be soft, if there at all.
    and there would be more design detail missing equally
    on both sides (in general).

    Nice example of a 'struck thru' error on a current year's dime.

    It's a common effect -

    Might bring a few dollars or a bit more if you
    put it up on Ebay, starting at .99 cents.

    Cool coin though! I'd keep it. As Fred said, "99cents". After ebay charges you $10 and Paypal get there cut, spend time shipping and not to mention supplies... pay me $7.50 and you can send it to me lol! Kidding! But really, if I found that dime I would keep it because its just a cool coin for sure.
