The 1827/3/2 has the lowest mintage for a US quarter date (between originals and restrikes only a couple dozen were made, exclusively for collectors) and the 1823/2 likely has the second lowest mintage for a US quarter date (rarest date made for circulation; the Early United States Quarters book theorizes that 1,800 were made).
