2019 dime off center and something else

    Have a coin here. My mom got it back in change at the bank a while back. I'm new to the error coin thing. Any ideas what's going on with the head?

    Some side views. I thought it could have been ground but I don't think so. Thickness is still fine

    That sucker has been scraped and/or ground down. Nothing but damage.

    Obverse - DEFDAM - Definitely Damaged. Scraped
    Reverse - slight misaligned die strike. Nothing major.

    Welcome to CT @Teufel234. You were correct in stating that it was a MAD, or misaligned die, showing on the reverse, but the obverse is due to damage. MAD on the newer dimes is a very common thing and NAV, no added value, but collecting is all about keeping what you like. Good luck on future finds.
