Edit: Also not possible to be a RPM since the MM's are engraved directly onto the master dies now. Not hand punched. The hand punching is how you got RPMs.

Nice photos! And good effort. Some of the letters almost look a DD, (i.e. notches in the serifs etc.) but overall I suspect it is MD.

I first looked at the pics and said to myself "Holy &^%$ this is the mother of all modern doubled dies." I forgot that incuse MDD can do that.
