Just opened a roll of 2018 Block Island quarters and found what may be an error on the reverse. I would appreciate anyone's comments on the pics above. Note the trough between the E and the I (and under the “I”) of Rhode Island as well as the flattened portion of the USOA motto on the obverse from the U of United through the first A in America
can anyone tell me if the block island state quarter is supposed to have a ring on the obverse the same as the reverse?
