2017D dime doubling

    Please excuse the pics, the flame shows up alot nicer than pic shows. The extra metal on bottom rings shows up good though. Lettering on reverse shows up good in ONE DIME, USA and E. PLURIBUS. What type of doubling is this please? Or if it even is?

    Thanks paddyman, figured it was and wanted to make sure of the doubling given coin has only been out 2 years. Would the extra metal on bottom rings that look like a quotation mark be attributed to DDD also?
