2017 P G.W. Clark Cud

    Looks like missing metal not extra metal.

    I was never good with photos. It is raised but appears early stage. There is a progression where the die was breaking away as it goes clockwise. Past the cud it appears more like missing metal. Sorry for the poor pic quality.

    The new ATB quarters are low quality mintage in compare against the Eagle obverse quarters. I have noticed that on a lot of newer years that they start to show early sign of wear and tear or deterioration. That is why I will not collect circulated ATB quarters.
