Hello everyone, I am new to coin collecting...as in a few days new. I started by just wanting to organize all of my world coins and began to find interesting things. I am now looking into my USD change and i came across something interesting in this 2017 p Dime. In the obverse side of this dime just above the ear there is a dollop of excess metal. I am not sure if i would call it a curd as it just looks like it was placed there almost as if molten metal dripped on there. Anyways, i compared it with 6 other 2017 p Dimes and i have not seen it any of them. I also looked online for images and have yet to see one there too. What do you guys/gals think?
