The liberty isn’t any extra thick in the physical raised metal there. What I’m seeing is die deterioration and reflection doubling. As for IGWT as well. Would rather see pics of ERTY the upper right of Y or upper left of Y will be thicker than the other or Vice versa . Also the date. Check out wexlers 2017 wddo-017 beat doubled die for the date to see what it’ll look like the extra thickness in the actually physical raised metal that makes up the date. Like a smear/ smudge
I’ll leave this here as well to rule out machine doubling. As this is what it looks like on shields cents. Seen in the date here. Very different to glare and reflection doubling seen here. I always see it (machine doubling) being used as a blanket term. MD being seen southwest here ofc we know how it occurs but I’ll state it like this you can see the physical actually metal that makes the MD
A shot of the date wouldn't hurt either. Seems there is a shift from the L or liberty to about 2 o'clock. If it was a DDO there should be evidence on all the devices including the ear, eye and lips, date, and MM.
