    There's all kind of weird anomalies on these late modern coins. Answer: Philly! Poor quality control!

    You got that right, I've bought Philly mint wrap rolls. After I opened them some of the coins looked like they had been in circulation for years. The worst of all the mints in my opinion. If you find a nice P coin,that alone would be a great find!

    They should rotate the Mint employees. Put the entire Philly workforce at Denver and the entire Denver workforce at Philly for a couple of years. And rotate San Francisco and West Point into the mix! That would straighten things out!! :hilarious:
