    Kurt. Do you think that 2017 with no mint mark. Is possible. Cheech

    Sure it's "possible", but it can't happen by accident, not with mintmark on the master hub, as they are today. If it exists, it was done on purpose.

    my uncle works as a sup at the phila mint, I talked to him last night and he said no way, he said someone photo shopped that pic.

    he told me that the mint is aware of all the mistakes, but as of now they aren't doing anything about it. to me they don't care

    all the master dies are junk

    What do you mean by "master die"? Master hubs are cut directly from digital files on a Swiss-made CNC machine. Then that hub is "single-pressed" to make working dies. What you're showing have to be random damage to working dies.

    Have you compared 2016 cents magnified as closely as these?

    This is a small date toned copper with a side ways S. It weighs 3.14, I read everything I could possibly read about this.. I was hearing business strike, but I read business strikes were zinc only.. your thoughts?

    This here looks like damage after mint, but the coin revealed otherwise def, PMD. Is this a true double die? Even with all this other stuff going on?
