    Hello everyone!
I was at a local coin shop yesterday, and received this interesting banknote as change:

    upload_2019-6-14_9-55-50.jpeg

This note is from 1 of 2 runs- the larger one consisting of over 3,200,000 produced.
Since I haven’t found a similar note on ebay though, is it worth listing, 2017 being a very new series?
    Any suggestions are appreciated.

I voted keep it because it's only ten dollars. You can do whatever you want later in life. It only has the one gold otherwise it's in great shape. Since you got it from your LCS that should tell you something. Yo me, it's always worth ten dollars, people are paying attention to star notes so who knows what the future will bring for it.

I typed in “10 dollar I 2017 star note”, which is probably why that listing didn’t come up. I didn’t expect someone would type the full FRB name.

    Thanks Steve.

I say keeper as well, the condition isnt that bad, that nasty fold could
Probably be flattened out by just putting it in a book or setting something
Heavy on it for a long period of time, would still be there yes but reduced.

When I first read the thread title, I was hoping the subject was the prices these 2017 Minneapolis stars are fetching.

Series 1995 $1’s was the last time the BEP printed $1 Minneapolis replacement notes.

    ^^^This.

No disrespect intended but I've spent and/or wasted $1,000's more than that over the course of my life. Saving a measly $10 bill is a no brainer. Hopefully you can save it too.

One way to look at it is if you save a little here and a little there, in the end you will have something. Over the last 6 years I have saved every star note I encountered. I now have over $5000 at face value. It adds up and I've never missed that small denomination note.
