What do you think of this 2017-D penny? Is this an error coin?

Guys i need your opinion, is this an error coin or not? On the word LIBERTY the letters L and I are barely seen. I have gone through a lot of checking on other 2017 -D penny coins i got but couldn’t see the same.

Welcome to Coin Talk. A grease filled die causes this. Is an error? Yes, but a common one that does not add any real value.

First, welcome to the neighborhood @Joven !

Your coin displays a common affliction resulting from a grease-filled die. What happens is that grease and debris accumulates in the recesses of the die and is compacted as each successive coin is struck. The letters gradually fade on the coin until they finally disappear.
