2017 D District Of Columbia Quarter die chip Error?

    Hello,
    First I have downloaded a normally circulated quarter for comparison except what looks like a crack on the edge of the obverse side, but I think that's from circulation? The reverse side of the error quarter, between the left chimney and the roof, looks like a die chip? To me, it doesn't look like a build-up of silver crammed between them, but that's why I'm asking you your opinion.

    It looks like a die chip. Very common on these quarters but it's not silver that's for sure. Good eye though.
