2017 Cent

I would like to have a box of 2017-P cent but my bank will not do a thing about getting me a box. I desant ask any other bank b/c they would want to know FIRST if I had an account there....there I go out the window again just like at my own bank BUT I keep getting 2017-P in my change at local McDonalds, Wendy's, Hardees, grocery stores, etc. Where are they getting the 2017-P's to make change?
