One can look at the coins of a nation over time and deduce how that nation wanted to represent itself to its own members and to the world. Coins and politics remain inseparable.</p><p><br /></p><p>That said, I&#039;ve seen too many forums dissolve from an over injection of politics. Threads quickly become highly polarized, insensitive and intolerable. They rarely fit the definition of &quot;debate&quot; and usually deteriorate into invective. As such, the moderators are very wise to eliminate such elements from the forum as quickly as possible and to assiduously monitor posts for such content.
