2016 Proof ASE

I can't even describe or show you what a beautiful coin this is. In this case a picture does not show a thousand words much to my dissatisfaction of taking photos. However, here it is and I love it so much I just ordered another 3 sets for a total of 9. I think the silver proof quality is even better than the Gold. The edge picture is not clear, but it says "2016 Anniversary"

I'm apparently out of the loop. What's up with the "gold" one? A quick search of the Mint's website only turns up the silver one...

 

This is the gold proof American Eagle.

 

Why take it out of the capsule? Not worth the risk.

 

The ASE proofs look nice. But personally I'm more of a fan of the reverse proof.

 

The "gold one" is a silver one where the lighting made it look goldish.

I don't blame him. Those airtites make for a pretty tight fit, and it would be too easy to goof and mess up the coin.
