Your pictures aren't helpful. Take pictures of the entire coin obv and rev first, then zoom in on the area in question.
I'll just call it a damaged coin. Sorry but I'll say it again. Images like this will not give you any helpful information.
Staple looking indents like in your last picture are just contact marks. Not an error. You can buy brand new business strikes from the mint and half of them will have a mark like that, if not multiple. Just coincidence you had another contact mark at the top of the head. If it was a single object that struck through it, it would have looked connected.
