2016 Harpers Ferry question

  1. Hello CT,

I am trying to identify what might be the cause for the unusual markings on this coin. I have seen markings like this before but not like this. It looks like the rim of a smaller coin has rubbed against this coin and mangled the initials but seemed to be underneath the date. I'm guessing this is common, and just another dumb post from a newbie.... Any feedback as always much appreciated and thank you in advance for any clarification! 4. I was wondering if that was the case.... The reason I though that was not the case is that the 0 and 1 in the date were not scraped like the other features. Thank you for the reply!
