2015 Somalia 100 Shilling High-Relief

    This is a neat bullion piece, but I don't know if the "high relief" label really fits. It almost reminds me of Byzantine cup coins. I put the NGC slab next to an NGC slab for a Chinese Panda to show how much depth this has.

    I'm finding conflicting information - does anyone know if 1,000 or 500 of these were minted? I have no paperwork with this.

    I’m also seeing both 500 and 1,000 depending on the website that is selling the coin. It would be nice if someone had a picture of the COA. One possibility is that 1,000 were authorized but only 500 sold. But that is only a guess on my part.

    Edit: I’m actually seeing more references to 1,000 including from Apmex. I’m thinking that’s more likely the number.
