    brokecoinguy I like what I can't afford

Well after getting tubes for both my girls recently I decided to thin out my modern stuff to help pay off some medical bills. I was taking a closer look at my march of dimes set and noticed what looks like an obv strikethru on the reverse proof dime. Surprised I didn't notice this when I first received them from the mint. Are strikethrus common on sets like this?

It looks like a very minor strikethrough which could be very easily overlooked.

If the QCers and packagers could overlook these proof mistakes,

how hard would it be for them to overlook that strikethrough?
