Well after getting tubes for both my girls recently I decided to thin out my modern stuff to help pay off some medical bills. I was taking a closer look at my march of dimes set and noticed what looks like an obv strikethru on the reverse proof dime. Surprised I didn't notice this when I first received them from the mint. Are strikethrus common on sets like this?
If the QCers and packagers could overlook these proof mistakes, how hard would it be for them to overlook that strikethrough? Chris
