I think it has doubling in "in God we trust" the P mintmark, "Quarter Dollar" and I see no doubling in  Washington's ear and I see no convincing doubling in Liberty.I don't know about grading, but I see a lot of details in the coin, particularly the bird's feathers...may be high grade.
