I just looked through the ones I picked up yesterday from the Mint's change machine at the Baltimore coin show and none of them, P's or D's, had that.
I got 2 the other day. Let me check mine. Neither of mine look like neither of those. You may need to contact Wexler or Wiles. I think it's very possible. It's centrally located like the majority of the single squeeze doubled dies.
