I would not send in a unlisted Homestead error for grading

 

Here is the pics of the 2015 homestead quarters that I said I think is a cooler find then the pump handle look under the neck where the initials are supposed to be I found these in a new roll and there is a lot of dubbing in the letters and date in most of them but my main thing to have y'all look at is where the initials suppose to go in one of the pictures it's two quarters one with good initials and the one on top of that one is the error thanks for looking I think it was like 5 or 6 like this in that roll thanks once again

The "blob" is a die chip and very common. I can't see any doubling.
