2015 P dime

I found this 2015 P dime in some change. I know my camera is sucking tonight. On the reverse side at the bottom of the band on the torch it looks like a dot. It isn' a hit because there is no metal shown pushed out of the way. It looks like one one of those dots between E•P.luribus• Unum.
