    I don't think that's a true Doubled Die. It is a form of doubling but not DD. We will hear from others who know more. I will investigate in the meantime.

    Could be -
    Die Deterioration Doubling
    Definition: Die deterioration (die wear, die fatigue) sometimes produces discernible doubling of affected design elements.

    The word "United" has die deterioration. It is hard to tell with the pic. If you could focus straight down on IGWT without reflections you could get a better answer. "Liberty" looks like die deterioration. To me.

    Heck the IGWT is all kind of messed up....the 'E'...super nice find...I'm searching every quarter I get..nothing seen like yours...
