2015 kisatchie quater?

Anybody want to explain what's going on with it?The OD looks like a star burst plus there's some MD or hub doubling or something going on there,and on the REV it looks like two set's of feathers. I am looking forward to seeing what you all have to say. THANKS!

I just don't understand.

 

Those are just flow lines on the obverse. The die that struck this coin was pretty worn, producing more pronounced lines.

On the reverse, that's just the normal design.

 

OD! many things too many people frank.Star in the neck and the tail in the middle of the E.

I just guessed Obverse Die.

Die deterioration. the OD.. I think your talking about the OD in GOD? I see nothing there.
