Anybody want to explain what's going on with it?The OD looks like a star burst plus there's some MD or hub doubling or something going on there,and on the REV it looks like two set's of feathers. I am looking forward to seeing what you all have to say. THANKS!
Those are just flow lines on the obverse. The die that struck this coin was pretty worn, producing more pronounced lines. On the reverse, that's just the normal design.
OP asked "What is an OD?" I have no idea what he is asking. That's why I asked for context. I just guessed Obverse Die. I could also have guessed Over Dose, but this being a coin forum . . .
