Negative... have a bunch of the older ones to sell for a tiny premium as it is.

The earlier ones don't have a reverse-proof coin, do they?

I still think of RP as an ugly gimmick, but I have to respect the market power of those who disagree. I may go for the flip on this one, too.

The first reverse proof presidential dollar is what makes this set a winner.

I ain't never flipped before but you guys got me interested. I've been paying attention for a few months now and I think I have it figured out.

I have 14 family members, 68 friends at work, my church and coin club are going for the max of 5 each.Ooops, I forgot MY address, +1.

I'm trying for at least 750 sets even though the Mint is being greedy by charging $58 per set.

How much we making off each set?

Given the number of Presidential Dollar collectors out there, this coin might turn out to be like the 1st Spouse Gold series.....Low mintage, no demand.
Plus, the constant barrage of new keys is going to turn the market. Just look at what's happening, when everyone is a flipper....there will be no secondary market.
I'm in on the Gold Ultra High Relief Eagle set to roll out later this year though.

I think there is more to lose on the gold high relief than this.

Good point. There may well be more RP collectors than Presidential dollar collectors.

Easy fella.........not a good one to get yourself wet with. You talkin' that kind of jing then I expect you're gonna take a hosing. Dwindle the numbers down a bit......this ain't gonna be a big money maker. Most folks today think Harry Truman ran a hamburger stand.

    That said......I'm in for a few. :)

There are several companies offering $400 for 5 sets. There should be no surprise that this sold out in short order.
