I got this in change today, it has an S mint mark but looks to be a business strike instead of a proof, with no frosting or mirror finish. 1444262043350-2054298253.jpg 1444262043350-2054298253.jpg 1444262071093255347655.jpg 14442621294001129192065.jpg Is this something rare or worth anything?

It is an S business strike. They started striking them a few years ago.
    2011, IIRC.

They are not issued for circulation, but not what I would call rare.
    Neat change find, though!

the US Mint sold these in bags and rolls, as stated they were not put into circulation, but made for collectors, but some people searched the bags an rolls for errors an dumped the rest at the bank...

I'm not really a fan of Moderns but this coin shows an absolutely dynamite strike. The obverse has the slightest flatness at the very highest points, and the reverse is complex and *hammered.* Quite an attractive piece, to tell the truth. I like this one, especially if they're striking them that well.

Are any S business strikes meant for circulation anymore? And if so, when did they start/stop?

No, they are meant only for collectors and if you go through a coin company, like Littleton, you can purchase them for a $1.00 each. And I believe they started in 2012
