can someone tell my why this one is going for such a high premium over spot if you can find it to buy.
Why was the Hawaii so expensive? Because people liked the design... I'm not current on prices for this series since I sold mine, but that would be my guess.
Good design, growing collector base, low mintage (4th lowest), and nearly sold out at the major bullion houses. The current premium is lower than some other, higher mintage, bullion ATBs.
I like the Arches coin and the lower mintage. took a chance and picked up 3 69dmpl slabs a while back. now we'll see if I'm a winner or a chump.
