Quite the contrary, and I've mentioned this before in this thread, I have actually owned a large number of these, which I purchased when silver was below $20 and ounce, I paid between $12-$18 each, from the same source, who charged at that time $3.50 over spot price. When silver spiked a couple years ago, to upwards of $40 an ounce, I sold all them off for as much as $5 over spot.</p><p><br /></p><p>What I'm not a fan of is the cheap, and misleading marketing tools placed on TPG labels for these items such as FIRST STRIKE, EARLY RELEASE, and MS or PR 70.</p><p><br /></p><p>NFN but a MS or PR 69 is just as nice looking as a 70, and there are not many collectors who could distinguish the difference between the two grades.
