For a given series and denomination, every note has a unique serial number Your note is called a radar note. It reads the same forward and backward. They are considered collectable, but yours isn't in the best condition. It may have a small premium over face value. I would keep it if I found it in change
Condition in currency is important and personally I wouldn't bother to keep this one. Maybe throw it on eBay and see what you are offered.
