2013 maybe interesting

this is out of a BEP strap of consecutive notes. Probably nothing but im not sure. Kinda looks like a federal reserve district number over the eye of Washington, maybe not. Other than the main errors I dont know much about paper money errors so maybe someone can enlighten me. I know coin errors can be difficult to attribute but paper money is not the same critter and to me its harder. Only other thing I think it may be is a teller stamp.

Appears to be post BEP....maybe a partial teller stamp, like you suspect.

 

I'd say it's a teller's stamp.

 

I agree that it is post BEP considering it is the 01 note and would have been on top of the pack.
