If someone can buy direct from the Mint for the retail price at this time, why would they pay more for your roll?</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>There are more than one design of 2013 quarters and from various minting facilities. Which do you have?&nbsp; A roll of P, D or S minted quarters?&nbsp; As for value,&nbsp; any 40-coin roll of quarters is worth $10 until you find someone willing to pay a premium above that, and then whatever that amount is, is what it&#039;s worth to <i>that</i> person at<i> that</i> point in time, as well as to <i>you</i>, IF you agree to the amount they&#039;ll pay you for it.&nbsp; It doesn&#039;t matter if you bought a roll from the US Mint directly and paid $18.95 plus shipping for them.&nbsp; If you accept any offer from the next buyer, that&#039;s what they&#039;re worth to them and you.
