Wiped it off thinking it may just be dirt but its there. Not sure what it is. Also looks like some numbers by Liberty, Guessing they are Lamination.
I must be tired. All I see is a 2012 Lincoln Cent with the word Do under the date. The D is for the Denver Mint and the o is a stain.
