Those help out a lot. I don't see any dings on the lip of the rim, but that doesn't mean it's not PMD.
Also, I think you have a die crack going over "GOD" on the Obverse side. Might just be the picture, I dunno.
I suggest you contact Dr. James Wiles at CONECA, as he may find it of interest in that you have a full roll of these.
You may have a 50c investment that is worth a few dollars ?
I think you might get as much as a dollar or 2 a piece with free shipping on the bay.
If that were the case, wouldnt the reverse side of the coin have flaws due to absent material on the reverse die?

No it's a stack-smashed coin.
"CE" in "CENT" is the same upside-down as it is right side up. Since it's incuse it's from a coin that was placed on top of it.
I once had about 6 or 7 of something similar in a row in a roll (memorial cents), but they were all off by a few degrees from one another, and one was off by 90 degrees, which conclusively makes it a smash (someone sat something heavy on the end of the roll, or it took a hard hit).
