Though some may call this circulated. You should first do some research as to what Uncirculated is defined as. If you look at the I in in, this is a grease filled or struck through debri "error". This is usually more evident on these zlincoln cents on the rev. above the memorial. Look for well struck coins first, when learning variety's and errors
