2012 charles dickens error?

    Hey I have a charles dickens 2 pound that I have found errors on different to the recent finds I need help I can send pics. A lot of the words you cant read and the o where it says Oliver is half cut off.

    I read somewhere that there are a lot of these coins that were counterfeit. Could be yours is a counterfeit because of the issues.

    Awesome thanks for that I have never heard of it before! You wouldn't know what happened to this 1993 one cent. Pictures are both exactly the same year coin next to each other

    Yes.. One is more circulated than the other.

    Yeah I have done a lot of research and I have weighed it up against the royal mint and everything checks out spot on. I need some more advice really

    On the 91 dime on the reverse it looks like a die crack on the left side of the base of the torch. Or is that just a scratch?

    Where abouts is that. Can u look at the charles dickens coin above and possibly give me some feedback or ur opinion cheers I really appreciate it

    On the reverse side not the head side. And I call it the torch idk if everyone else does but it is in the middle of the olive branches if you look at the base of the torch on the left side you can see it starts at the top left corner of the D in Dime and goes up and around the torch and almost makes it to the leg of the R.

    I don't think it's a Die Crack. Just a minor metal flaw on the field.
