The mint uses the F'ers as a fowarder. You should be able to track the package and its' progress till it reaches your local PO. At that point the local boys take over.

 

mine arrived today even thought they weren't scheduled to arrive for 2 more days. They look good.

I swear these things are getting lower quality all the time.

Both my 08 sets had GOUGES in the halves, my 09 sets were scuffed, and my 10 sets were scuffed and some of the halves have gouges again.
The mint just kills me. They are supposed to sell mint sets for face value, and they are supposed to be business strikes.
I know it's been a while since they were face value, but fine, they put them in fancy packaging... whatever.
But now they are not business planchets, the packaging is overkilled, and they are not handled gently as one would hope when paying a high premium.

The mint has gotten so far out of whack, it's sad.

Waiting on my clad proof set that just shipped.
Got my notice today too that my silver proof subscriptions are upcoming.

Mine came in yesterday. Only opened one set and found something a bit cool. The Lincoln P dollar has a large die crack on the obverse. Probably not worth anything but it's the first one I have found in one of these sets. I thought it was a scratch at first. I'll get an image the next few days.

 

I got mine last week and they are poor quality for the most part. My Philly Grand Canyon quarters on both sets have a cud. One set it's at 10:00 and the other set it is at 3:00. On both the cud is on the rim not extending into the field. The Filmore dollars have that wavy thing going on on the rim and on one set the Abe dollar does as well on one set. I usually slab a complete set just because but I can't see slabbing either one of these.

 

I got mine today...when I ordered them, there was a two week delay...

Thanks greenie; it arrived yesterday. It was a perfect unc set. I love it. I also got some sets of the presidential cover series and a presidential proof set. All good for me. Next up; the clad proof set.
