No it it not one of a kind. You have one of four possibilities. 1 a cent that someone has plated after it left the mint. 2. A cent that has had the copper plating removed after it left the mint. 3. A cent struck on a zinc planchet that missed the copper plating process during it manufacturing. And 4. a cent struck on a dime planchet. Without good images there is really no way to tell which it is. The first two possibilities make up 99.99+% of all of the "steel" or "silver" cents reported on the forum and they are just damaged coins worth 1 cent each.
