2010 D Quarter

    Here's a 2010 Quarter with a small cub right below George Washington neck where the FS is.

    I assume you mean cud rather than cub. A cud is a break along the rim that extends into the field. I don't see one.

    My bad on the spelling. Could it be metal from another coin that was struck into the Quarter or a chip out of the Die ?
