2010 D Die Crack?

    Found this one today, while roll hunting. The die cracks are not worth too much, unless they are a key or semi key date, correct?

    It's hard to tell from your photo, but it looks more like a lamination defect than a die crack. If it was a die crack, the metal in the crack would be raised, but I can't see that in your photo.

    Hmm...let me see if I can get a better picture, the one on the side shows just a bit of a lift from top towards center, getting steadily smaller of course.

    No! If it appears raised on one side but not the other, it is a lamination defect.

    Hope these are a bit better. I think you are right about the lamination. I guess my next questions would be, are lamination defects as rare as the cracks? Sorry for so many questions, getting into roll hunting a bit more and just want to make sure I have the proper knowledge.
