Fascinating. Since I believe Justice must be blindfolded in her depictions, I would choose 06 as my choice. I do like the design of 04 better, but she is not blindfolded.
Note that CCAC supported Design 1 and CFA prefers Design 8. Therefore, one of these designs have a higher chance of being selected. I like 2, 3, or 4.
