    I have the same disdain for people who mark their coins that they search. Ridiculous. Leave them ALONE!

    Working in retail I have seen literally hundreds of notes like this with various stamps. Some look Arabic and some Chinese characters. Simple ones are often just a letter in a circle. I would say in my area of KY probably 1/10 of the 100s have some sort of stamp.

    ....it could have been used at a casino overseas and gotten the arabic-looking, blue tellers stamp...a casino cashier...Spark

    In areas with large Chinese populations those little stamps are very common on large bills. It is a sign that a merchant has validated a bill's authenticity. Exactly like chop marks on old silver coins.
